LUBRICANTS AND REFRIGERANTS

Water based evaporative refrigerant wich contains lubricants, corrosion preventives and other additives to cool and protect the metal parts and tools, while its transparency allows the operator to carry out his work more accurately because no opaque emulsions hide the cutting área or performed operation.

Synthetic lubricant, totally water soluble, used for stamping and inserting operations on materials made of steel and stainless steel. Its special additives gives it a high degree of lubricity, obtaining a significant reduction of friction between metal surfaces under extreme pressure. 100% biodegradable product, easy water removal. It does not contain phosphorus, sulphur, phenols, silicones, chlorine or oils.

Grease made of inert raw materials to incidental contact for high temperature equipment and processes at the food industry. No dropping point and can be used at very high temperatures of around 520 C in operation. Besides its polarity produces a strong adhesion to metal, even under high charges, resulting ideal for chains lubrication where it is desired that the grease does not contaminate the products, as the textile and food industry requirements.

Synthetic cutting fluid, non-toxic or irritating; It keeps tools and parts cooled, lubricated and protected during operations of drilling, turning, breaking, polishing, deep etching, etc. Biodegradable product.

Synthetic lubricant for stamping and inserting operations of medium difficulty. Biodegradable, easy water removal. It can be used either in a direct way or in dilutions that range from 1:1 to 1:6, depending on the operation demand.

Useful for cutting, punching, bending, stamping, spliced and other operations on metals such as aluminum, copper, bronze, galvanized sheet, etc. It can be applied by low-pressure spray, brush, air pistol, clothes, burlap or immersion.

Evaporative lubricant similar to LD-12 on which the lubricity has been increased considerably when this is a crucial factor on difficult operations.

Evaporative lubricants of even higher evaporation than LD-12 and LD-13. Leaving a less amount of waste on the treated parts. They are also useful on aluminum, copper, bronze, black sheet and galvanized sheet.

Special evaporative lubricant for in-line processes where the maximum evaporation speed and minimal residue is required since parts are packed as soon as they are completed. Its different applications are similar to the above-mentioned even when being used on the same materials.

Evaporative lubricants with a minimum of waste and without residues nor odors material is desired. Apart from being used on all materials like the above-mentioned, these lubricants are ideal to be used over electro galvanized sheet, avoiding the "mapping" that may be caused by other lubricants (LD-16 has a higher lubricity than LD-17).

Lubricating grease specially designed for industrial applications and it has a formulation with high quality additives and refined oils. Its graphite content, antioxidants agents and extreme pressure, make it ideal for removing spot welds between metal – metal on metal molds surfaces of different alloys such as aluminum-die-casting, aluminum-zamac and special steels.

Heavy duty, high-viscosity lubricant for hard stamping, inserting and forming operations. It provides an excellent protection against corrosion and can be easily water removed. Its extreme pressure additives assured excellent parts finishes and longer tool's life.

Heavy duty soluble oil. It can be used on parts made of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other materials. Its special additives let's a perfect metal-metal sliding, thereby lengthening the tool's life without causing scratches or burr pulling. Its a high quality product incorporating lubricity additives, extreme pressure, non-wearing; corrosion inhibitors and a system of broad-spectrum biocide. It doesn't contain chromates, nitrates, sulphur, phosphorus or phenols.

Anti-seize lubricating grease specifically designed for industrial applications that includes on its formulation high quality additives and refined oils. It has a copper color with no toxic solvents or harmful to enviroment, supports high temperatures up to 800 C in operation and no dropping point by exposure to extreme temperatures.

Aluminum antioxidant and antiblocking lubricating grease, of excellent dynamic flexibility, lubricity and anti corrosion at high temperatures. It has a silver color with no toxic solvents and environmentally friendly, It supports high temperatures up to 450 C in operation and no dropping point by exposure to extreme temperatures.

Lubricant for hydro-forming use, water-soluble, biodegradable, non-toxic nor irritating, incomprehensible, high lubricity, thermal and chemical stability. It can be used over carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, bronze, precious metals and high hardness alloys in a wide range of thicknesses.

Synthetic coolant for cutting operations, water-soluble, biodegradable. Does not contain oils. It has been formulated as a universal fluid for machining to be used on ferrous and non ferrous metals, does not interfere in subsequent operations of welding on worked parts.

ROYAL CUT improves the tool's life providing a better cooling of the tooling and a high degree of lubricity.

Industrial rubbers and plastics biodegradable lubricant, ideal for assembling operations of pipes and hoses. Non-toxic nor irritating material with multiple applications related with the elasto-polymer industry.

Semisynthetic coolant for heavy duty operations. Formulated to provide an optimal performance on a wide range of ferrous and non ferrous metals. Thanks to its versatility it is utilized in a wide range of operations, enabling to consolidate purchases into one universal coolant.

TOTAL CUT formula includes extreme pressure additives that allow to extend the life of the tooling and presents no problems of rancidity or foam formations on normal coolant flow applications.

Semisynthetic coolant fluid in wich its composition involves several syntethic components besides of mineral oils, this combines the characteristic lubricating and wetting properties of mineral oils with the desired coolant properties of synthetic fluids.

FRIOLUB its a biostatic product, of controlled foam, added with antioxidant materials, antifoaming, antirust, moisturizers and extreme pressure, all of those extend the useful life of the tools, making FRIOLUB ideal for use operations of stamping, grinding, cutting, drilling, milling, rough down, boring and CNC.

Medium viscosity lubricant, low-odor, with special lubricity and extreme pressure additives replacing with great advantages the chlorinated additives. It can be used in operations for inserting and deep stamped, punched and raised edge, in the manufacture of difficult automotive parts, it doesn't leave carbon waste during the welding process and allows a better penetration of the weld without porosity.
